Simulation Labs Vital To Recruitment
Health care is ever-changing. Attracting, training and retaining top-tier talent in our region requires leading-edge equipment that allows them to learn, practice and enhance performance.
In 2022, the Friends Foundation raised $850,000 to fund two Simulation Labs to help health care teams hone their skills through simulations of real-life scenarios like surgeries, routine procedures and delivering babies.
Access to the latest tools and spaces like Simulation Labs has become increasingly important for medical students and other health care workers. Having two at our hospital not only entices medical personnel to locate to Moncton, but it also improves the quality of the experience we’re able to offer them.
