Frances LeBlanc

I am a proud Monctonian and dedicated supporter of The Moncton Hospital. After spending several years in Ontario, I returned home in 2015 to re-establish roots and contribute to the growth of our vibrant community. Never one to shy away from a challenge, I’ve thrived in complex environments and have proudly been part of the Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation team since November 2024.

I hold degrees from the Université de Moncton, the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, and York University, and have also completed specialized certificates in change management, administration, and governance. My career spans leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer of Hospice Southeast New Brunswick, CEO and Registrar of the New Brunswick Chiropractors Association, and Senior Manager of Government Relations for the Canadian Chiropractic Association.

My commitment to community runs deep. I actively serve with several local organizations including Salvus Clinic, Collège Communautaire du Nouveau-Brunswick, The Community Incubator, and the Canadian Progress Club Greater Moncton Women, among others. I am passionate about inspiring communities and, most importantly, advancing the standard of care for patients.

Outside of work, I find joy in the outdoors—especially on or near the water—sharing time with friends and family, and dancing through life.
