Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the members of the Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation Inc. will be held on Wednesday, June 25th, 2025, at 3:00PM at the Brix Experience, 245 St. George Street, Moncton.

Any member who makes a financial contribution to the Foundation of five hundred dollars ($500.00) or more in any fiscal year of the Foundation is entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting. No proxy voting is allowed.

Amendments to the bylaws to be presented for approval at the Annual General Meeting will be circulated to voting members who have confirmed attendance in advance of the meeting.
